Role & Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer experience. Greet, attend, and consult clients for bridal and luxury wear selections. Coordinate with the design and production team to fulfil customer orders. Address customer queries, concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle billing, sales records, and inventory coordination. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5 to 20 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal wear, fashion boutiques, or lifestyle stores. Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service. Ability to handle high-value clientele with patience and professionalism. Prior experience in bridal wear sales/consulting will be highly preferred. Salary no bar for the right cadididate. We can discuss.
