Role: Project Coordinator (Management Consultant) Experience: 2-4 years (Relevant) Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Work Location: Trivandrum (WFO) Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution. Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans. Develop and maintain project reports such as status reports, progress reports, and issue logs. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors. Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues to senior management. Assist with testing and quality assurance activities. Coordinate training and support for end-users. Ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards. Basic understanding of medical terms and concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Core Duties: To effectively coordinate with business users and technical users to customize analytical solutions to meet business needs. To provide timely solutions to expected deliverable by understanding the business requirements. To provide ongoing reports by efficiently making use of data analysis, data mining as well as statistical technique. To analyse the business performance and develop reports on performance metrics. Hold responsibility for all activities related to the development and implementation of Business Intelligence and analytics systems. Support the development and implementation of databases, data collection methods, data analytics and other strategies to provide efficiency and quality reports. Creating presentations, various advanced charts, dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and publishing into server and embedding the dashboards into Salesforce, websites as per the client requirements. Technical Skills: Excellent exposure in databases: Oracle SQL and P/L SQL, MS SQL, MY SQL, etc. Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts like, Inmon/Kimball methodologies, Star schema, snowflake schema, OLTP, OLAP. Knowledgeable in ETL: Informatica Power Center, Alteryx, Data Stage etc. BI Tool: Power BI Above average knowledge in Cloud platform: Azure, AWS, Big Query will be an added advantage.

Required Skill Set: Strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL database administration and development Experience in Oracle to PostgreSQL migration, including: Schema conversion (tables, views, packages, procedures, functions) Data type mapping and transformation Performance tuning and optimization post-migration Familiarity with tools like Oracle SQL Developer, AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT), or pgAdmin Ability to write and optimize PL/pgSQL procedures Knowledge of foreign data wrappers (FDW) and PostgreSQL-specific features Understanding of data validation techniques post-migration
