As a NEET/JEE Faculty member in Physics/Chemistry, your role involves delivering academic content to NEET/JEE aspirants. You should be passionate about teaching and mentoring students towards competitive exam success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging and concept-based lectures for NEET/JEE students. - Designing and delivering lesson plans aligned with the exam syllabus (NCERT, CBSE, and relevant competitive exam boards). - Conducting regular doubt-clearing sessions, tests, and assessments. - Tracking student progress and providing personalized academic support. - Developing high-quality content for classroom assignments, test papers, and online modules. - Coordinating with academic planners and support staff for class schedules. - Participating in faculty training sessions, seminars, and workshops. You should have a strong command over subject concepts, with a preference for a previous track record of NEET/JEE teaching. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for teaching and mentoring, familiarity with NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students. Desirable qualifications may include past success of students in NEET/JEE under your mentorship, experience in content creation or publishing, and willingness to relocate or travel for classroom or residential programs. The compensation for this position includes a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, ranging from 30,000 to 1,00,000+ per month based on subject, experience, and location.,
