As an educator at IIT-HOME, you will play a crucial role in preparing Class XI and XII students for JEE Main/Advanced exams. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging students in Class XI and XII lectures for JEE Main/Advanced preparation - Setting question papers for regular evaluation tests - Preparing assignments and study material - Addressing students" personal doubts - Participating in students" counselling and orientation sessions - Engaging in parents and teachers meetings To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Graduation in Science/Technology (B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech) - Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE - Minimum age of 27 years - Passion for teaching You will be expected to work 6 hours every day between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm in two shifts, with up to 9 hours of workload per day, working 6 days a week.
