What you’ll do Own new-logo and expansion revenue for Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and neighbouring markets. Prospect, qualify and close multi-plant deals spanning Facttwin’s Connect, UNS, Intelligence, Health and MES modules. Leverage an established CXO network to secure lighthouse accounts and grow them into region-wide references. Lead discovery workshops, build ROI cases, and negotiate commercial terms to hit or exceed annual ARR targets. Forge alliances with system integrators, automation vendors and cloud/OEM partners. Maintain world-class CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and relay market feedback to product and marketing teams. Represent Facttwin at CII/FICCI forums, industrial-automation expos and local tech conferences. What makes you a great fit 15+ years of enterprise solution sales, with 8–10 years in IIoT or industrial automation (MES, SCADA, PLC, predictive maintenance, OT-IT integration). Deep relationships with CXOs and plant heads at major West-India manufacturers (e.g., Tata Group, Reliance, Mahindra, Godrej, L&T, Sun Pharma etc). Automation Engineer PLC/SCADA & IIoT Implementation (FactTwin) Location: Visakhapatnam / Hyderabad Experience: 5-10 years in industrial automation (implementation & commissioning) Role Summary Implement FactTwin solutions in brownfield plants. Youll interface with existing PLCs/SCADA/DCS, commission gateways, map and scale tags, ensure reliable data collection to enterprise systems, and troubleshoot end-to-end—from instrument to dashboard—while training plant teams. What You’ll Do Pre-Implementation Conduct site surveys: document PLCs, HMIs, drives, instruments, networks, tag lists, panel layouts. Draft connectivity plan: select drivers/protocols, define IP plans/VLANs, security posture, and data routing via industrial gateways/brokers. Prepare I/O & tag maps, data models aligned to production lines/units; write FAT test cases. Build & Commission Safely connect to control systems; read/write only with authorized permits; configure scan rates, deadbands, scaling & engineering units. Configure OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP/RTU, EtherNet/IP, Profinet to integrate PLC/HMI/SCADA with FactTwin collectors and plant historians. Commission edge gateways (industrial PCs or appliances), enable buffering/store-and-forward, and validate data to time-series/historian/BI.
