Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities in the factory Operate and manage modular wood machines and related equipment Ensure high standards of product quality and finishing Maintain production schedules and meet delivery timelines Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and ensure efficient operations Manage and guide factory staff to achieve daily and monthly targets Maintain factory discipline, safety, and cleanliness Report daily production output to management Troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate with maintenance teams Implement improvements in production processes for better output and efficiency Key Skills & Requirements: 8 to 10 years of experience in wooden furniture and modular kitchen manufacturing Strong knowledge of modular wood machinery operations Ability to lead and supervise factory teams Understanding of production planning and quality control Good organizational and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Capable of handling pressure and meeting targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
