Factory Manager ,Footwear Sourcing, Central Sourcing

You will be responsible for managing the sourcing activities for MFL brands-FW in Rishikesh with 6 to 9 years of experience. Your main tasks will include: - Ensuring timely availability of FW sourcing with predefined quality and targeted costs - Planning seasonal and annual sourcing in alignment with business requirements - Budgeting, monitoring, and controlling sourcing costs effectively through cost negotiation - Coordinating with design and product teams for FG requirements and adhering to the business calendar - Sourcing FW locally and globally and ensuring on-time delivery - Developing SOPs and systems for efficient sourcing operations - Implementing quality assurance and control systems for FG vendor locations - Developing vendor relationships and providing technical support for quality improvements - Managing sourcing initiatives by monitoring market trends and supplier capabilities - Organizing mill week customized to brand product requirements - Continuously fueling new developments and improvements in fabrics and FW across categories - Providing functional and operational support to internal customers like the design and product teams - Developing subordinates and ensuring quality work processes in the sourcing function - Monitoring and reviewing team and individual performance, providing feedback, and improving workflow.,
