About the Role As a Software Developer at FACT Software , you'll be a key contributor to our Research and Development team. We build the best-in-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions used across a wide range of industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and collaboration with a skilled, cross-functional team. What You'll Do Work on complex modules within ongoing software projects Apply strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills to real product challenges Participate in the full software development lifecycle using modern development methodologies Learn and deepen your knowledge of our ERP systems and related products Collaborate with experienced developers and receive hands-on training and mentorship to support your growth Who Were Looking For We expect the strongest candidates to have: 1 - 5 years of FULL TIME EXPERIENCE as a Front End Developer and/or Full Stack Developer MUST HAVES: Angular, .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), .NET Core Framework with knowledge of jQuery, AJAX being add-ons. Proficiency in C#, ASP .NET MVC Web Framework and RESTful services, versioning tools like Gits and VSS, and SQL Servers would bring special preference to the profile Familiarity with Web/MVC architecture , OOPS, Design Patterns and Frameworks and Build tools A critical thinker, quick learner and team player Prior experience developing Accounting, ERP, CRM or HRMS applications (preferred) Able to write reusable C# libraries and reusable components on Angular (preferred) Experience with front-end UI/UX design and development (preferred) Role details Compensation: Compensation will range from 2,25,000-6,00,000 annually depending on candidate experience. Location: We require candidates to work onsite at our Indian headquarters in Kolkata. Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates. Applications for this role are evaluated on a rolling basis.
