Job Description The Delivery Operational Performance Associate plays a critical role in delivering operational governance, commercial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across FPC Global’s Digital Building Consultancy Services. Acting as a key link between client project delivery teams, commercial functions, and business leadership, the Associate drives operational excellence by leading reporting frameworks, analysing delivery performance, and embedding scalable governance practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational & Commercial Reporting Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting tools for consultancy services, taking full ownership of key reporting areas. Prepare and present regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting critical delivery and commercial metrics including budget performance, utilisation, margin, and risk indicators. Analyse project data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, supporting lifecycle performance tracking from bid to close-out. 2. Financial & Commercial Management Support Partner closely with Pillar Leads and the Senior Leadership Team to support internal financial management and monthly reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking. Lead monthly reviews of project financials, ensuring accuracy and surfacing areas of concern or risk. Contribute to resource planning and utilisation analysis, providing data-driven recommendations to Program Leads. 3. Governance & Process Enablement Support the implementation and refinement of governance frameworks, tooling, and commercial control standards across the business to promote consistency and quality. Monitor adherence to operational processes (e.g., timekeeping, expense tracking, scope management) and proactively engage with delivery teams to resolve non-compliance. Identify and lead improvements to existing processes and propose scalable solutions. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Act as a key interface between technical delivery teams and central operational functions (commercial, finance, systems). Engage with regional project teams to understand local requirements and tailor tools, reporting, and governance support accordingly. Represent Delivery Operations in cross-functional meetings, reviews, and reporting discussions on behalf of the Performance Lead when required. 5. Continuous Improvement & Projects Lead or contribute to internal improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and governance maturity. Collaborate with the Delivery Operations team and technology partners to implement automated workflows and scalable reporting solutions. Share knowledge by documenting best practices and leading training efforts for project delivery teams. Qualifications Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience in project operations, financial analysis, or delivery support roles within a consultancy project-based environment. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, resource planning, and commercial controls. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including strong Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or similar tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint). Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organisation. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Desirable Background in Smart Buildings, Facilities Management, Construction, or Technical Consultancy. Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma). Experience supporting governance and project delivery in a multi-regional or global environment. Job Description We are seeking a Data Center Network Design Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead end-to-end design governance across hyperscale data center projects. As the Principal SME for Network Infrastructure, you will ensure technical excellence, standards compliance, and construction readiness through structured digital workflows and proactive stakeholder collaboration. Operating at the intersection of design, execution, and technology innovation, you will drive consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the full project lifecycle — from campus planning through IFC and project closeout — shaping the future of digital infrastructure delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Governance, Standards & Quality Assurance Lead design governance to ensure full compliance with technical and organizational standards. Manage relevant design trackers— raising, reviewing, and closing all design issues, deviations, and clarifications. De-risk design delivery to achieve zero-impact issues at the Issued for Construction (IFC) stage. Escalate non-compliant designs and drive corrective actions in line with the agreed standard. Monitor and report on phase gate KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality design progression. 2. Digital Design Management CC Platform Maintain full ownership of the Construction Cloud (CC) environment for Telecoms. Oversee document control — verifying submittals, managing transmittals, and ensuring version control integrity. Guarantee design documentation (30%, 65%, 95%, IFC) is complete, compliant, and properly transmitted. 3. Project Lifecycle & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for Project Managers across design and execution. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on network, security, and constructability. Onboard new Execution PMs, deliver design briefings, and support project lifecycle queries. Capture lessons learned through to continuously improve standards. 4. Phase Gate Management Oversee design development from Kick-Off to IFC, ensuring full compliance with time and quality metrics. Coordinate schematic and detailed design reviews, technical clarifications, and issue closure. Approve final documentation and manage design closeout, ensuring zero open issues at IFC. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Data Center Experience: Proven success in campus-scale planning and design from concept through IFC and operations. Telecoms & Network Infrastructure Expertise: Strong foundation in hyperscale telecoms, fiber, and network design. ISP & Civils Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Inside Plant (ISP) systems, POEs, and civil design integration. Underground Trenching: Knowledge of UG trenching layouts, pathways, and utility coordination. BIM & IFC Review Skills: Proficiency in reviewing and coordinating BIM/IFC documentation within CC or similar CDEs. Localization & Design Adaptation: Ability to deliver globally consistent yet locally compliant telecom designs. Hyperscale Fiber Networks: Demonstrated experience with fiber backbone, distribution, and access-layer design.
