Job Description

As a Facility Manager Tech, you will be responsible for managing various areas such as Electrical and Plumbing installations and maintenance within the facility. Your duties will include supporting the Chief Engineer in overseeing the maintenance activities, preparing critical spares lists, implementing preventive maintenance programs, reviewing maintenance practices of contractors, maintaining logbooks and schedules, managing downtime/breakdowns, ensuring contractors adhere to house rules, handling shifts independently, and generating various reports. Your performance objectives will focus on achieving excellence in preventive maintenance programs, assisting in managing projects, providing comprehensive facility management services, contributing to financial targets, and meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Key skills required for this role include good communication and proficiency in MS Excel. As an ideal candidate, you should hold DEE/BE Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, have 4-5 years of facility management experience, demonstrate effective teamwork, initiative in improvement initiatives, strong people skills, and knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.,
