Facility Maintenance Cordinator

Position: Facility Maintenance Support

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and servicing of a variety of equipment and systems—ranging from heavy machinery to everyday appliances like televisions. Your work will be essential in ensuring our facilities run efficiently and without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, or replace malfunctioning equipment and systems.
• Assemble necessary components and parts for installations or repairs.
• Interpret technical manuals and consult with experts when needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Source parts and materials, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before work begins.
• Manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th, 12th, or Diploma.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Ernakulam.
