Facilitator- Graphic design

As a Graphic Design Trainer, located in LB Nagar Hyderabad, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs across various platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and business goals, ultimately enhancing our brand image and engaging our audience. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media, such as brochures, banners, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and email templates. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns and collaborate with the product team to design user interfaces, icons, and visual elements for software and digital products. Ensuring consistency with the company's brand guidelines and staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices will be crucial aspects of your role. You will review and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, prepare and deliver design assets in various formats across different platforms, and collaborate with external partners or freelancers as needed. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining a visual asset library for easy access and reference by the team. Attention to detail, accuracy in design specifications, and meeting deadlines will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, and proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography, coupled with excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, will be beneficial. Effective communication, collaborative teamwork, multitasking ability, and time management skills are also required. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles, familiarity with video editing or motion graphics, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating captivating visual content are advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
