As a Facebook Groups Specialist at Ride The Wave, you will play a crucial role in our marketing strategy by researching and joining high-quality, location-specific Facebook groups for our clients. Your work directly impacts client results by unlocking new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify relevant Facebook groups based on client industries like local mom groups and business communities. - Evaluate group quality based on engagement, posting activity, membership size, and admin presence. - Strategically join groups using assigned Facebook profiles while adhering to group rules and joining questions. - Track all joining activity in shared Google Sheets, including group name, join status, quality rating, and notes. - Report patterns in acceptance/rejection and flag groups that restrict posting or appear inactive. Success Looks Like: - Aiming for 10-12 quality group join attempts per account per day. - Aiming for a 90%+ acceptance rate by selecting active, relevant groups. Qualifications Required: - Strong Facebook navigation skills, especially within Groups. - Proven online research skills and ability to make informed judgments. - Attention to detail and strong organizational habits. - Comfortable using Google Sheets for data entry and tracking. - Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualities: - Proactive problem solver with a systems mindset. - Experience with social media, community management, or data tracking. - Familiarity with U.S. local communities or consumer behavior. - Previous work in a fast-paced or agency setting is a plus.
