Job Description

As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing Facebook advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that align with our overall marketing goals. You should have an in-depth understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and be passionate about driving results through paid social media campaigns.

Role & responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to meet the companys goals and objectives.
  • Ad Creation:

    Design and create eye-catching ad copy, images, and videos that engage the target audience.
  • Campaign Management:

    Set up, monitor, and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and scheduling.
  • Optimization:

    Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven adjustments to improve ad performance (e.g., adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives).
  • A/B Testing:

    Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creative assets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Provide regular performance reports on key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with the content, creative, and marketing teams to align campaigns with the overall brand strategy and ensure a cohesive message across all platforms.
  • Stay Current:

    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other Facebook advertising tools.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns, especially Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience with creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Ads or other platforms like LinkedIn or TikTok is a plus.
