Facade Fabrication - Designer

Role Overview: As a Facade Fabrication Designer, your primary responsibility will be to develop detailed fabrication drawings with technical accuracy based on IFC Drawings and structural calculations. You will collaborate with team members to ensure designs adhere to project specifications and standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving potential issues that could impact the production process. Key Responsibilities: - Study IFC Drawings product wise and structural calculations to inform design development. - Develop detailed fabrication drawings with technical accuracy and completeness within specified deadlines. - Ensure designs comply with project specifications and standards. - Identify and report potential issues that may affect the production process. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to validate design details. - Assist in resolving discrepancies or conflicts between different disciplines. - Support cross-functional coordination for design review and approval. - Provide technical support and clarification to the production team. - Follow quality control measures during the design process. - Participate in audits of design documents to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Participate in Daily Standup Meetings (DSM) to review progress, address issues, and align on daily goals. - Actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment. - Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance design processes and outcomes. Qualification Required: - BE/B.TECH in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Software proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
