Facade Fabrication Design

As a Design Development Engineer, you will be responsible for studying IFC drawings product-wise and structural calculations. You will develop detailed fabrication drawings with technical accuracy and completeness within specified deadlines. Ensuring that designs comply with project specifications and standards is a crucial part of your role. It is also important to identify and report any potential issues that could impact the production process. In terms of Technical Coordination, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to validate design details. Your role involves assisting in resolving discrepancies or conflicts between different disciplines. Supporting cross-functional coordination for design reviews and approval is essential, along with providing technical support and clarification to the production team when required. Quality Assurance is a key aspect of this role. You will need to follow quality control measures throughout the design process and participate in audits of design documents to ensure adherence to quality standards. Team Support & Continuous Improvement are integral parts of your responsibilities. You will participate in Daily Standup Meetings (DSM) to review progress, address issues, and align on daily goals. Your active contribution to maintaining a positive and productive work environment is highly valued. Engaging in continuous improvement projects to enhance design processes and outcomes will also be part of your role.,
