Requirement of Fabrication Supervisior

Key Skills Required:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication BOMs.

Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and machinery.

Monitor fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, punching, and assembling sheet metal parts.

Hands-on experience in managing fabrication teams.

Sound knowledge of quality control procedures in fabrication.

Familiarity with welding processes (MIG, TIG, Arc).

Knowledge of production planning and material flow.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Supervise day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring timely and quality fabrication of sheet metal components.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/ITI/BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience working in SMEs / OEMs / fabrication workshops preferred.
