Role Overview: As an AM/Manager for Oracle Fusion Financials at EY, you will be a part of the Financial Accounting Advisory Services team, supporting stakeholders in determining, monitoring, and disclosing financial and nonfinancial insights. Your role will involve addressing the CFO's agenda, providing insight and services for compliance with financial requirements, and supporting transparency in reporting for better decision-making. Additionally, you will work on financial data analytics, innovation, and providing support for changing market conditions and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Specialize in Oracle Fusion Financials modules and collaborate closely with clients to assist them in making strategic and operational decisions for their businesses - Serve as a trusted business advisor with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation - Work within a team of problem solvers to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering - 2-3 implementations of Oracle Fusion and 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology-enabled finance transformation - Exceptional candidates may be considered for a Senior Manager role - Established work experience in the Oracle practice and knowledge in implementing Finance modules in Oracle Fusion Financials - Ability to configure, test, and suggest best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials - Experience with Oracle EBS implementation along with Oracle Fusion is preferred - Willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide as project requirements dictate Additional Details of the Company: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet while fostering trust in capital markets.
