As a Business Development Manager in the Pune office, your role will primarily involve preparing Shop Drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Having knowledge of unitized glazing, semi unitized glazing, curtain wall, door window. - Ability to engage in direct communications with Architects, Clients, and Engineers for drawings approval. - Releasing complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for all wall types. - Releasing the fabrication drawings. - Working effectively in a team. - Maintaining good document control. - Demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and design practical solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in facade / curtain wall detailing & drafting. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketch-up. - Knowledge of software like Revit, Rhino, and Inventor will be advantageous. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is the required qualification.
