About The Role This role provides first-line software support for popular software like Google Workspace, Microsoft, AWS and other popular solutions. On a typical day as an IT Support Engineer, you will: Provide first-line software support to company end-users. Support end-users with use and licensing of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Office, Licenses), AWS and other popular solutions. Pass end-users to Google, Microsoft, AWS and other solution provider support if unable to resolve at first-line. Follow specifications and documentation for each software vendor platform to diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line. Desired profile 2+ years of experience in IT or Technical Support in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support Strong experience with either Google Workspace (Google Workspace Admin panel), Microsoft (Microsoft Admin Portal) or AWS admin functionality Strong experience with license management for Google, Microsoft or AWS. Strong experience working in a ticketing system Experience working in a KPI driven environment Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
