The Opportunity: ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Escalation Engineer with 46 years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Server technologies including Active Directory (AD) , DNS , DHCP , Hyper-V , Distributed File System (DFS) , and Print Servers . Proficiency in Microsoft Azure , Office 365 , Exchange Online , VMware and SharePoint is essential. Basic PowerShell scripting and familiarity with SQL , MySQL , and Linux will be considered a strong advantage. This is an onsite role. Rotational Shift. What you will do:Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including: Active Directory (AD) DNS and DHCP Hyper-V and VMware virtualization DFS and Print Server management Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for: Microsoft Azure (AD, VM management, Enterprise Apps, AVDs, Cloud PC’s, Intune) Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Citrix XenDesktop. Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell . Participate in 24x7 support operations, including on-call rotation and incident response. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting. Who you are: 4–6 years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role. Strong hands-on experience with: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print Servers Hyper-V and VMware Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint AVD, Cloud PC’s, Citrix XenDesktop / Apps Solid troubleshooting skills across all listed technologies. Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting . Familiarity with SQL Server , MySQL , and Linux is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills. Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment , including weekends and holidays.
