Role & Responsibilities You will be responsible for preparation of all architectural designs and line plan as per the directions of the management. Prepare all the design drawings, specifications and BOQ, sections and elevations. To make designs of all interior work and work out requirement of material. Prepare working drawings for the skilled workers and maintain records thereof. The designs duly approved by the clients and requirement of material to be put up to the MD for final approval of the work. To issue quotation of the work to clients and obtain work order from the client in writing. To visit regularly to all sites and give feedback daily to the MD. To ensure all documentation of interior work and maintain records properly. You will be held responsible for safe and security of all documents pertaining to interior works. Materials received at site will be physically checked and discrepancies if any will be brought to the noticed to the MD.
