The Executive Manager Production will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and managing a team to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. The role also involves liaising with different departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications Production Planning, Resource Management, and Team Management skills Knowledge of Quality Control and Compliance standards Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in a production management role is highly desirable
