Eyewear Consultant

As an Eyewear Consultant at a Titan Eye + store, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting eyewear, understanding their vision needs, and ensuring a comfortable and appropriate fit. You will play a key role in educating customers on different lens types, coatings, and frame materials. Additionally, you may also handle adjustments and minor repairs to eyewear as needed. Your key responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service by addressing the needs and preferences of each customer. Your deep knowledge of various eyewear products and services will enable you to guide customers towards the best choices for their vision requirements. Moreover, your sales skills will be essential in completing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical skills will also be crucial in this role, as you will be required to understand the technical aspects of different eyewear products and provide accurate information to customers. Working effectively as part of a team will further enhance the overall customer experience at the store. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with relevant experience in the eyewear industry. Additionally, candidates residing in the North Kolkata area will be preferred for this position.
