We specialize in providing high-quality eyewear products, including prescription spectacles, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Along with a wide range of frames and lenses, Eyes Optical also offers professional eye testing services using modern equipment. Our goal is to combine style, comfort, and precision vision care to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales position located at our Karol Bagh store. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear, explaining product features, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. The role includes handling sales transactions, maintaining sales records, meeting sales targets, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of optical products and an understanding of the eyewear industry. Qualifications Experience or knowledge in the optical / eyewear industry preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Ability to understand prescriptions and guide customers in frame and lens selection Comfortable handling cash transactions and maintaining sales records Basic computer literacy for billing and reporting Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
