This includes cleanroom-compatible finishes, vibration-sensitive structures, and high-precision installations aligned with semiconductor industry requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CSA Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for Piling works, Sub-Structures, concrete works, steel structures, Lifts, architectural finishes, and cleanroom partitions Conduct site inspections and quality audits for structural integrity, alignment, and compliance with design specifications Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and test reports for CSA scope Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project quality plans and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ACI) Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and lead corrective/preventive actions for CSA-related issues Coordinate with design, construction, and QA/QC teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure timely documentation Ensure cleanroom-compatible materials and finishes are installed per specifications and contamination control protocols Support commissioning and handover documentation for CSA scope, including as-built records and quality dossiers Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in CSA works, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech facility construction Familiarity with cleanroom construction standards (ISO 14644), vibration control, and architectural detailing Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and local building codes Proficient in QA/QC documentation systems and inspection tools Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams Preferred Experience Experience in semiconductor FAB projects (e.g., Intel, VSMC, Micron, Global foundries or Siltronics) Exposure to high-spec concrete works, epoxy flooring, raised access floors, and cleanroom partitions Coordination with international EPC contractors and vendors
Job Title: Document Controller Location: Dholera, Gujrat Work mode: work from office Role Purpose: The Document Controller & Admin ensures accurate management of project documentation and provides administrative support to maintain compliance, efficiency, and smooth coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain document management systems (DMS) for EPC projects. Register, track, and archive engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, QA/QC records, and vendor documents. Ensure version control and timely distribution of controlled documents to stakeholders. Monitor document submission schedules from contractors, consultants, and vendors. Support audits by preparing document compliance reports and ensuring traceability. Implement naming conventions, metadata standards, and filing protocols aligned with EPC/semiconductor requirements. Experience & Education Bachelors degree or Polytechnic diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. 35 years of experience in document control/admin roles within EPC projects (semiconductor or high-tech construction preferred). ed).
