Sales Mentor(Free Lancer, Target based) We are a growing EdTech Organization, incorporated in 2017 and mainly focusing on training in "Supply chain and allied domains". One of our popular training program is "Certified Supply Chain Analytics", with 27 batches successfully completed so far and recognized widely by the employers and job-seekers. As such for this program, there is no direct competitor in India To promote and guide our small sales teams(each 4 to 5 members), we require an experienced Mentor, preferably experience in EdTech domain. Pl note the following; * This position is target based * Position requires high sales and convincing skills * Min relevant experience of 5 years * Focus is "Certified Supply Chain Analyst program". Brochure cost 1 lac. Avg final enrollment cost is 75k per candidate. We allow max 2 installments * In the final stages of conversion, the mentor has to engage with our sales team and talk to prospects to convince, canvass and influence their decision making process of enrollment * Working timing of the mentor is flexible. However the mentor has to spend apprx 5 to 10 hrs per week * Proposed compensation is 50k per month, with min 10 enrollments. For each additional enrollment in a month, there will be an incentive of 10k No basic salary for this position * The payment will be done by 10th of every succeeding month * There will be no partial payments. If the mentor leaves the job before completion of the month or if min 10 enrollments is not done in a particular month * Currently we do not have tie-up with any organization and we do not guarantee a placement to the candidates.
