1. Project management: a. Ensure all project deliverables are being met as per the defined process, quality and compliance parameters. b. Ensure that all programs meet fidelity to ECHO model. Identify and resolve situations where fidelity to ECHO model is compromised. c. Organize meetings / calls with partners for providing support on preparation of concept note, case templates and evaluation plan. d. Attend programs as an observer (as and when assigned). e. Visit partner sites as and when required. 2. Partner relationship: a. Build and manage relationship with existing and new partners. b. Identify future possibilities for creating new programs. c. Visit partner sites to strengthen relationship and share feedback, wherever required. 3. Program expansion: a. Understand the current dynamics of the healthcare sector and identify opportunities for partnerships. b. Follow up with potential partners and enable partner sign-up. 4. Support in conducting orientation and training of potential partners on ECHO model and essentials for launching a program. Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects): 1. Ensuring 90% compliance (as defined in the process) on all on-going programs. 2. Ensuring 100% compliance (as defined in the process) on all new programs launched. 3. 90% of all on-going programs to meet fidelity to ECHO model. 4. Partner feedback
