Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Monitor and evaluate call quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
