Export Sales Coordinator - Instrumentation, EC, EE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and process international customer inquiries, providing detailed quotations and following up to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, updating them on order status, shipping details, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
• Coordinate the entire order cycle with internal departments, including production, inventory, and finance, to ensure timely and error-free fulfillment.
• Release orders for production, ensuring customer specifications are communicated and addressed.
• Arrange for and follow up on sample requests.
