Role & responsibilities 1) Increase/Develop the Memberships of the EPCH, coordination with Entrepreneurs / exporters and provide efficient services to retain them with EPCH. This includes:- - Handle member queries (new/renewal/amendments) via phone, email, in-person, and internal systems. - Ensure communication of relevant circulars to members, respond promptly to SMS/email/postal notices related to membership and send timely reminders - Operate and troubleshoot membership software and guide members on technical issues. 2) Coordinate for Handicrafts and Vriksh shipment certification with empanelled agencies. 3) Maintain updated and verified records for compliance and policy matters. 4) Facilitate application collection, data entry and fee reconciliation for domestic and international fairs. 5) Efficiently handle stall allotment, application processing, invoicing, and refund management. 6) Act as Senior Hall Manager during IHGF and other events; supervise on-site logistics (stall setup, security, truck movement, etc.) for smooth conduct of the fair 7) Collaborate with publicity agencies and prepare reports for submission to O/o DC(H). 8) Prepare MIS and reports as needed. 9) Provide backup to team members and support Directors in special assignments and inculcate EPCH Core Values Address urgent trade or membership-related issues. Role & responsibilities in Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH )... 1) Enhance EPCHs reach to Regional Exporters as well as Artisans 2) Expand membership base and support existing members through regular communication. 3) Co-ordination with Exporters/entrepreneurs/Artisans 4) Organize seminars, workshops, and training for Exporters as well as Artisans in the assigned region 5) Liaise with govt. bodies (DGFT, MSME, NSIC, SIDBI, Customs, and DICs of state Govt. Deptt. Deals Handicrafts development and promotion.etc.) to address industry issues and implement schemes. 6) Coordinates with HO in Delhi to facilitate local exporters of handicrafts to participate in the domestic/international exhibitions. 7) Prepare proposals and manage with state government-sponsored projects in the region. 8) Represent EPCH in state Government meetings and public forums at the state/ regional level. 9) Handle administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and office operations. 10) Maintain budgets, accounts, and submit monthly reports to Head Office.
