Expert Associate Partner, Software Engineering, APAC

As part of the Application Engineering team within the AI, Insights & Solutions group, you will collaborate with experts in analytics, engineering, product management, and design to develop innovative solutions for clients. Your role will involve overseeing the development of AI solutions from Proof of Concept to production-scale deployment, engaging with stakeholders to understand client needs, and ensuring engineering excellence by maintaining high standards of quality. Your educational background should include an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years of experience managing engineering teams. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, as well as expertise in fundamental computer science principles, software design best practices, and modern software development methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide your team, excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams, and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
