Experience Technology Architect

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Experience Technology Architect to join our team and work closely with the Front-End Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our application suite, which is utilized by Publicis Groupe Performance experts to enhance search, social, programmatic, and commerce marketing strategies for our global clients. Your contributions will be vital in improving performance results and cost savings for our clients. As an Experience Technology Architect, you will have a direct impact on the user experience of our applications. Your responsibilities will include building interfaces that enable clients to manage campaigns, analyze data, and achieve their marketing objectives. Responsibilities: - Designing technical end-to-end solutions for stories and feature front-ends in collaboration with business analysts, product owners, technical architects, and clients. - Implementing front-end stories, including integration with REST APIs, while adhering to best engineering practices such as test-driven development, reusability, and consideration of non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security. - Focusing on quality by following best practices, logging, addressing technical debt, and meeting KPIs using code quality tools. - Automating redundant tasks related to common component structures and design patterns to improve efficiency. - Participating in grooming sessions to clarify requirements, suggest deliverable slices of functionality, and prioritize user benefits. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience working in Agile teams, with an emphasis on testing and iterating features during development. - 6 to 10 years of experience in front-end technologies. - 3+ years of experience with React.js and a strong understanding of its core principles and lifecycle methods. - Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and universal rendering capabilities. - In-depth knowledge of React's state management and component breakdown. - Understanding of caching, service orchestration, and CSS architectures in React.js development. - Hands-on experience in Frontend Performance Optimization, particularly in React applications. - Familiarity with implementing accessibility standards, identifying and addressing accessibility issues, and conducting accessibility testing.,
