We at Adeeba E-Services Pvt Ltd are looking for Customer Service Executives / Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) during US Shifts. Roles and Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems effectively and recommending suitable solutions. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Candidates with experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year are preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, ability to close calls efficiently, and strong convincing and sales skills are required for this role. Immediate joiners are preferred. Qualifications: - Minimum 10+2 education level Additional Information: - Fixed Salary credited on the 1st of every month - 24 leaves in a year, compensatory offs, and birthday leaves - Lucrative incentives - No extensions in shift timings - Positive and friendly work environment Salary: Rs. 15,000-22,000/month (fixed) + attractive incentives Shift: US Shift, 9:00 pm to 7:00 am Working Days: 6 days a week Freshers and candidates from domestic BPOs are not eligible for this position.
