Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Chandigarh, India. The Freight Broker will be responsible for daily tasks including freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, negotiating with carriers, managing customer accounts, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Effective Customer Service skills Proficiency in Dispatching tasks Experience in Account Management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
