Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits, inspections, and photo documentation of client properties. Liaise with landowners, agents, and local authorities around Vizhinjam and Trivandrum. Identify and assist with property listings – buy, sell, rent, or lease. Collect and hand over documents, keys, and coordinate minor property-related activities. Maintain daily logs of visits, calls, and client updates via mobile or CRM system. Support our growing coastal property vertical by understanding local land availability and development patterns. Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in real estate, field work, or property services. Good local knowledge of Trivandrum and Vizhinjam coastal region . Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Basic smartphone and tech skills (Google Maps, WhatsApp, data entry). Fluent in Malayalam and basic English communication. Preferred Skills Real estate experience in NRI/property management sectors. Confidence in speaking to landowners and explaining property-related terms.
