Immediate requirement for Exim Operations - Male for one of the leading pharma industry Position : Exim Operations - Male preferably Location : Mumbai - Kalwa Experience : 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Import & Export operations, SAP tool, Excel skills CTC : 5 - 7 LPA Tenure : 1 Year - renewal based on performance Shift / Work mode : General / 6 days working JOB description of Import and Export : Import Shipments Imports - Handling shipments of Bhiwandi, Onco, all courier and sample shipments Import Billing activities end to end till Payment follow up Shipment tracking, Duty approvals- Daily tracking LG current, past with pending status and procedures CTDL testing updates NFMIMS certificate for Aluminum foils. Any other job as when and when job demands Export Shipments : Pre shipment documentation Post shipment Documentation Pre alert - Air & Sea shipments) Co-ordination with forwarder MIS Reports various Container sheet updation Insurance for Air & sea shipments , wherever applicable ISF Filing for Usa shipments.
