Job Title: Exim Executive Location: Seepz, Andheri, Mumbai Department: Export-Import (Exim) Reports To: Exim Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Exim Executive to manage day-to-day export and import operations, including documentation, SAP entries, invoicing, and coordination with banks, customs, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in export-import procedures, documentation compliance, and have hands-on experience with SAP, NSDL, ICEGATE, and DGFT portals. Key Responsibilities: SAP & Invoicing Operations: Update metal rates and create Exim invoices in SAP. Prepare re-export invoices (diamond, repair, returnable samples) in Excel and transfer them into SAP post-export. Generate DTA repair, job work, and IUT invoices in Excel. Create SAP entries for consignment sales or returns. Documentation & Bank Coordination: Prepare bank lodgement letters (for MS, Goregaon & BKC branches), EDFs, and triplicate forms via NSDL. Submit consignment and exhibition import Bill of Entry letters to the bank. Generate gold submission letters for the bank. Export-Import Compliance: Maintain daily updates of all export and import records in Excel. Prepare and submit repair, re-making, and returnable sample invoices/documents for marketing and customs clearance. Manage documentation for imports, including preparing documents with export triplicate copies for customs processing. Maintain statements for repairs and returnable samples in Excel. Online Portal Operations: Conduct online transactions via ICEGATE and NSDL for export, import, local deemed sales, job work in/out, and IUT in/out. Generate GSP certificates (CEPA) via DGFT portal, including uploading supporting documents such as invoices, cost sheets, value addition, and metal rate sheets. Customs and Compliance Support: Prepare country-specific export documentation as per customs requirements. Ensure physical filing and maintenance of shipping bills, consignment, and re-export documents. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 2 5 years of relevant experience in Exim operations, preferably in the diamond or precious metals industry. Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, ICEGATE, NSDL, and DGFT portals. Strong knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills.
