What You'll Do : • Manage the entire bid process on leading freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. • Draft compelling and professional business proposals that stand out. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. • Collaborate with our sales and development teams to understand project requirements. • Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals. Who We're Looking For : • Experience : 1 - 3 years in online bidding. • Platform Expertise : Must have good experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. • Proposal Skills : Proven knowledge and experience in drafting effective business proposals. • Location : Onsite • Qualities : Proactive, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and a strong drive to achieve targets.
