Executive/Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager- Marketing

Role Overview: As an Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager in Marketing at our Ludhiana location, your primary responsibility will be to appoint/recruit new General Insurance Advisors/Agents in the territory and generate new business through them. You will be required to prepare monthly business plans and ensure their successful implementation to achieve desired performance levels. Additionally, you will need to explain and train the Advisors/Agents about the company's products along with necessary documentation. Motivating the Advisors for sales and providing better services to customers will also be a key part of your role. Developing the full potential of the team to help them achieve their respective targets is crucial. Generating new business in the field of motor and other non-motor insurance and ensuring sustainable growth of cross-vertical business will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Appoint/recruit new General Insurance Advisors/Agents in the territory - Generate new business through the appointed Advisors/Agents - Prepare monthly business plans and implement them for achieving desired performance - Explain and train Advisors/Agents about the company's products and necessary documentation - Motivate Advisors for sales and better customer services - Develop the full potential of the team to help them achieve their targets - Generate new business in the field of motor and other non-motor insurance - Ensure sustainable growth of cross-vertical business Qualifications Required: - Any graduate or MBA - Experience of 6 months+ in the General Insurance industry is preferred, but freshers can also apply Additional Company Details: The company's website is www.shriramgi.com.
