Job Description

As an AR Calling Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Perform pre-call Analysis to prepare for contacting insurance companies and inquiring about medical and insurance claims status - Conduct post-call Analysis and determine the necessary actions to be taken based on the obtained claim status following client protocols - Utilize your knowledge in Denial Management to effectively handle Denials, Rejections, and AR Follow Up - Demonstrate expertise in Modifiers, CPT, and ICD coding - Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduates and Non-Graduates are eligible to apply - Good oral and written communication skills - Willingness to work night shifts - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent typing skills - Good knowledge of computer usage and navigation This position is based in Chennai and requires a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.,
