Executive - Warehousing

Job Purpose:

Role & responsibilities:

• Receiving Duty Free Goods, Screening and Offloading, palletizing, stacking as per FIFO
• Stock receiving and handing over of Duty Paid stocks and Completion of GRN
• Preparing, Annexure, Shipping bills, intimation letter about receipt of duty free and duty paid shipments
• Updating in-to bond register, follow up with customs on escorting the goods and ensure customs records updated
• Preparing shipping bills & picking list for the indent received from shop floor
• Removing stock from stacking area and assembling for verification of picked quantity and handing over the stock to shop floor
• Maintaining warehouse Equipment's and reporting any damages on time
• Monitor the cold storage temperature
• Ensure fire safety regulations followed

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate with Diploma in Warehousing (Preferable)

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Warehousing
• Knowledge of MS Office
