Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

1. Vendor Management at warehouse and other related works with third party Manpower. Also Master Data maintenance of contract for Manpower, Tea, Water, Cabs etc.
2. Timely renewal of manpower vendor agreements, payments issues with finance and timely salary disbursement to Associates 3. Need to maintain Contract employees live data base 4. Need to maintain head count as per business needs at site in the defined budget. 4. Follow-up for ID Card, Training, Dress, Shoes etc. basics required to be followed in DC. 5. Vaccination and other Warehouse initiatives push 6. Need to handle any unforeseen issues at sites like strikes and agitations related IR issues at sites 7. Need to participate in Manpower issues related meeting with customers 8. Compliances monitoring and maintenance for CL and vendor employees, uploading required details n documents in customer portal based on requirements
