Executive Trainee - Talent Management

As an Executive Trainee - Talent Management, your role involves developing/maintaining a module as per the design. Here are your key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in Customer calls and understand customer expectations - Provide Status reports to leads as per defined timelines - Understanding requirements of the modules/components assigned in-line with the overall project scope - Prepare Unit test plan & cases and perform unit testing - Implementing/developing the code as per design - Adherence to coding standards and guidelines - Ensure on-time quality delivery of allocated tasks - Compliance to SLK policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management etc - Assisting Senior Developer/Analyst & Designer in preparation of Integration Test Plan - Providing support during integration testing, system testing - Resolving any defects reported by peer reviews, independent verification and validation and testing - Peer review - Quality of code as defined by the SLK Process - Contribute to re-usable of code/components - Team Collaboration - Learning initiatives as per the plan **Qualification Required:** - Engineering Graduate/BSc in Computer Science/Information Science or Equivalent - 2 to 4 Yrs of IT experience in Development - Domain/Functional Skills: SDLC understanding, Engineering Concepts (Design and Programming), Programming languages and associated tools, Development process and associated tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc) skills In this role, you will be expected to apply your IT experience and domain knowledge to contribute effectively to the development and maintenance of modules.
