EXECUTIVE TRAINEE - FINANCIAL PRODUCTS

We are a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm offering advisory and portfolio services in equities, mutual funds, bonds, and other financial instruments.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Executive Trainees who wish to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training program covering all key areas of the advisory business — Product Research, Sales & Client Advisory, Operations, Compliance, Risk Profiling, and Back Office Support.

During the training period, you will also gain practical exposure through:

• Organizing and participating in financial awareness programs, investor events, and seminars.
• Visiting fairs, institutions, and industry networking forums.
• Regular interaction with corporates, schools, colleges, and industry leaders to promote financial literacy.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be assigned independent responsibility for a department based on your performance and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand financial products, investment processes, and advisory frameworks.
• Assist in client onboarding, KYC, and portfolio management activities.
• Support investment research, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in financial education and outreach programs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Uphold SEBI regulations and ethical advisory standards.

Who Can Apply

• Graduates (Commerce, Finance, or Business streams preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in finance, sales, or client servicing.
• Strong interest in investments, wealth management, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn across multiple functions.
