1: Job Title: Taxation Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities (Must-Have Skills)

 Tally & Accounting

 Strong working knowledge of Tally (ERP / Prime)

 Handling day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

 Finalization support – P&L, Balance Sheet, and schedules

 Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

 GST Compliance

 Preparation and filing of GST returns:

 GSTR-1

 GSTR-3B

 GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase data

 GST liability calculation and timely payment

 Handling GST notices, mismatches, and audits

 Knowledge of E-Way Bills

 TDS Compliance

 Computation and deduction of TDS as per applicable sections

 Filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q)

 Generation of Form 16 & Form 16A

 TDS challan payment and reconciliation with 26Q / TRACES

 Mandatory Skills

 ✔ Hands-on experience in Tally

 ✔ End-to-end GST return filing experience

 ✔ Strong exposure to TDS calculation, filing, and returns

 ✔ Familiar with GST & Income Tax portals

2 : Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job responsibilities

 1. Issuance of Sales E-Invoices, E-Waybills, Cr and Db Notes.

 2. Updating Purchase Invoices/Vendors Bills and reconciliation of balances, etc.,

 3. Coordination with Sales and Dispatch Team for all locations for seamless billing.

 4. Should Assist Senior Accountant and Accounts team for any other job-role which

may be required.

 5. Should have Basic knowledge in Indirect Taxes (GST, TDS, etc.)

 6. Basic Knowledge in Tally ERP9, Any other SAP (Microsoft Navision) package.

 7. Ability to work even after office hours/holidays/weekends if necessary.

3 : Job Title: Credit Controller Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
