Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure all hiring activities comply with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including job boards and LinkedIn. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and HR recruitment tools (e.g., ATS systems).
