Executive - Stores & Logistics

The Executive-Stores & Logistics will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of inbound & outbound activities of Stores and Logistics. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and issuing materials with proper documentation, managing raw material and finished goods inventory, keeping a check on physical vs book stock variation, implementing 5S, FIFO, and other initiatives for proper material storage, maintaining layout and storage norms as per guidelines, coordinating dispatches with the PPC team, invoicing, and organizing vehicles. You will also be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery at the customer end, optimizing the use of contracted and market-hired vehicles, and working on cost-saving measures for transportation. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with all legal documentation, establish necessary procedures for data storage and retrieval for audit purposes, coordinate with C&F Agency and Finance team for import material receipt, manage proper disposal of scrap, and maintain documents as per the QMS & EMS Process. You should have a full-time Graduate / Graduate MBA / Degree / Diploma in Engineering with a maximum of 4 to 5 years of experience in managing stores & logistics functions. Proficiency in the local language and fluency in English is required. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tally, attention to detail, and good numerical abilities are important skills for this role.
