Research Associate

The Role

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior mandates across APAC and the ME region. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed

  market maps

  and talent pipelines for senior mandates.
• Conducting

  introductory and screening calls

  with senior candidates.
• Delivering

  in-depth research and insights

  on firms, markets, and talent pools.
• Working closely with the leadership team on

  global partner-level mandates

  .

Who Were Looking For

• Ideally, experience with a

  SHREK firm

  (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry) or comparable executive search/consulting environment.
• Background in

  global consulting

  or strategy recruitment preferred.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights.
• Fluency in

  English

  is a must; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a

  remote, fast-paced environment.
