We are urgently looking for Executive - R&D for one of the FMCG Manufacturing at Delhi location.

Position: Executive - R&D

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Industry: FMCG Manufacturing

Location: Delhi, Nashik

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

Job Experience:

• This position requires min 4 yrs. of R&D field experience specially in B2B, HoReCa market with in-depth working experience in Chef demonstration activities.
• Prior exposure to the processed tomato industry (e.g., RTC gravies, sauces & Pizza sauces, tomato puree, paste, ketchups etc.) is must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops RTE and RTC products (new sauces, gravies etc) as per customer requirement.
• Visiting to customers ,understand their requirements and co-ordinate with R&D team for developing the products.
• Conducts new ingredient and food product research.
• Expert in sensory. Perform sensory evaluation and educate sales team members on the same.
• Performs physical and chemical analyses on ingredients and/or food products.
• Studies methods to improve quality of foods such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.
